PENGARUH PEMBERIAN TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM DAN JARAK TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to influence into Trichoderma harzianum doses and planting
distance for the growth and yield sweet corn then interaction between the two factors. The research
was conducted from May to August 2020 at Desa Simpang Beutong Kecamatan Muara Tiga
Kabupaten Pidie. This research method was using a Group Randomized Design (RBD), there
consists of 2 treatments and 3 replicates. The first treatments were Trichoderma harzianum doses
(T) such as T0 (0 g/plant), T1 (30 g/plant), T2 (40 g/plant), T3 (50 g/plant). Research results showed
that Trichoderma harzianum doses had a significant effect on number of leaves 45 days after
planting but had not a significant effect on height of plant age 15, 30, 45 days after planting, number
of leaves age 15 and 30 days after planting, diameter of cobs without ear maize, length weight of
cobs without ear maize. Planting distance had a really significant effect on leaves age 15, 30, and 45
days after plantingbut had not a significant effect on diameter, length, and weight of cobs without
ear maize.The best treatment on planting distance 70 cm x 40 cm (J3). There was not interaction
between Trichoderma harzianum doses and planting distance.
