PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK KOMPOS DAN FOSFAT CAIR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN JAGUNG MANIS

Abstract

This research aims was to study dosage of compost fertilizer and dosage of fosfat fertilizer
that have best and also identify the interaction between the two factors on the growth and yield of
sweet corn. Randomized Block Design factorial arrange 3 x 3 with two factor was used on this
experiment using three replication. The first factor investigated are dosage of compost fertilizer (0
kg/bedeng, 18 g/bedeng, 36 g/bedeng) and dosage of Fosfat fertilizer (0 g/bedeng, 30 g/bedeng, 60
g/bedeng). The parameters are investigation : plant tall, leaf tall, and leaf width 15, 30, and 45 days
after plant, ear weigh with cornhusk, and ear weight without cornhusk. It’s shown that the compost
fertilizer very significantly on tall plant at 15 days after plant, leaf tall, leaf width of sweet corn at
15, 30, and 45 days after plant, significant on tall plant 30 and 45 days after plant, but not significant
on ear weigh with cornhusk, and ear weight without cornhusk sweet corn. The Fosfat fertilizer
application shown that very significantly on tall plant at 30 and 45 days after plant, leaf tall and leaf
width at 15, 30 and 45 days after plant, significant on tall plant at 15 days, but not significant on ear
weigh with cornhusk, and ear weight without cornhusk sweet corn. Not occure interaction beetwen
compost fertilizer and fosfat agains all parameters in this research.
