Perbandingan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa SMA melalui Pembelajaran Think Pair Share dan Students Team Achievement Division

Abstrak

The results of students' mathematics learning was still low, this was due to the lack of students activity in learning activities that take place so we need a lesson that can produce better student learning. Cooperative Learning Think Pair Share was a model that can make students' mathematics learning becomes for the better. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes on SPLTV material which taught by cooperative learning Think Pair Share rather than the result of students' mathematics learning taught by learning Student Team Achievement Division at MAN 4 Aceh Besar. The method used in this study was Quasi Experimental Design. This study involved two classes, namely class X-2 as a class with Think Pair Share learning and class X-1 as a class with Student Team Achievement Division learning. Sampling was taken using a random data technique or Simple Random Sampling. Data collection was used by conducting tests. From the results of this study, the results of the statistical data processing of the t-test obtained tcount = 2.407 and ttable = 1.68. Then tcount > ttable . This means reject H0 and accept H1, it means that students' mathematics learning outcomes on comparative material taught with Think Pair Share type cooperative learning were better than students' mathematics learning outcomes taught with Student Team Achievement Division learning at MAN 4 Aceh Besar.
