Abstract

The effectiveness of the work of the General Secretariat is closely related to the characteristics of the organization. Organizational characteristics are expected to improve organizational structure so that it is better, so that the wheels of the organization can run well too. Empirically effective work has not been able to improve the organizational structure of the Aceh Regional Police General Secretariat, so that it can hamper the completion of tasks properly. while the hope through the leadership of the institution, can formulate a task strategy in accordance with the characteristics of the organization and the environment. based on Problem Formulation 1) How are the characteristics of the organization in increasing work effectiveness at the staff of the Aceh Regional Police Secretariat, 2) How are the characteristics of the environment in increasing work effectiveness at the staff of the Aceh Regional Police Secretariat.
