PELAKSANAAN ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN PIDIE

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine as the implementation of population administration and civil registration at the department of population and civil registration Pidie district. (1) How will the implementation of population administration and civil registration at the department of population and civil registration Pidie district. (2) What factors as supporting and hindering the implementation of population administration and civil registration at the department of population and civil registration Pidie district. The purpose of this study as follows: (1) To determine and analyze the implementation of population administration and civil registration (2) To determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of population administration and civil registration. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach to the selection of informants was done intentionally (purposive sampling) the types and sources of data required. Data collected by (a) observation (b) interview (d) documentation, further analysis is done interactively, while the process of data analysis techniques in this research is the analysis of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study that the civil servants of population and civil registration to provide maximum service to the society, but on the other hand researchers still see there are several obstacles that occur in the implementation process is not maximum online network that resulted in delays in the publication of the data and the lack of effective socialization of e -KTP resulted in many people had e-ID in the district of Pidie. Based on the research can be concluded that the need for government attention Pidie district on the online network on population and civil registration offices adequate to sustain the implementation of population administration and civil registration.
