PENINGKATAN KINERJA ANGGOTA POLRI RESERSE KRIMINAL (RESKRIM) POLISI SEKTOR (POLSEK) KRUENG RAYA TERHADAP PENANGGULANGAN KRIMINALITAS

Abstract

Members of the National Police in handling crimes that occur in the community have not been particularly capable in the field of crime crime settlement expertise. In addition, members of the National Police also lack adequate human capabilities, especially in the form of work experience. The formulation of the problem is the ability of Krueng Raya Police Criminal Police members to deal with the crimes of the Krueng Raya Sector Police? The motivation of the Krueng Raya Police Criminal Police member in overcoming crime at the Krueng Raya Police Station?. The aim of the study was to describe the ability of the Krueng Raya Police Criminal Investigation Police member to overcome the crimes of the Krueng Raya Sub-District Police and to describe the motivation of the Krueng Raya Police Criminal Police in dealing with crimes against the Krueng Raya Police. This study used a qualitative approach with 5 informant determined using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used observation and interview. The data analysis used interactive miles and huberman techniques with four steps namely reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of the study prove that the ability of Polri members to deal with crime in the community has not fully succeeded. This happens due to users of technical capabilities that involve the use of methods that have not been maximized. The motivation of members of the Krueng Raya Sub-District Police in overcoming crime in the community has not been able to be improved, especially the physiological needs that are still constrained at rest so that they are not optimal in carrying out their duties. Similarly, the need for security is still constrained by physical aspects. Then the members of the Polsek Raya never received external awards from those who needed security guarantees. In terms of motivation for self-actualization, members of the Krueng Raya Sector Police have not been able to innovate well.
