The current phenomenon is many ASNs complain about late salaries. The formulation of the research problem is how the mechanism for managing ASN salaries at BPKA. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the management and supervision of ASN salaries at BPKA. The research method is qualitative. The result of the research is the salary management at BPKA by examining salaries and other benefits adjusted to position, period of service, class and rank and deductions (if any). Accountability of ASN salaries at BPKA for orderly administration and according to regulations. Accountability for ensuring salaries are received by employees through the process of signing the Fund Disbursement Order (SP2D) by Berdahara. Supervision of ASN salaries at BPKA covers all aspects of salary payments to oversee payment management. Control of ASN salaries at BPKA is carried out to ensure that salary payments are adjusted to the salary list including adjustments to the class, rank and tenure of ASN and to prevent fraud and irregularities in the distribution of salaries.
