Abstract

Assessment Work Performance of Civil Servants In Relation With Promotional structural positions at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports in the Implementation of Government Regulation No. 46 Year 2011 concerning the Work Performance of Civil Servants, in the assessment of job performance should be properly implemented, so that the process of assessment Work Performance of Civil Servants at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Aceh Jaya in relation to the Promotion of positions in accordance with the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 46 Year 2011 on assessment Job Performance Civil Servants, then in this case any derivative carried on, the the problems 1) How Ratings Work Performance of Civil Servants in Relation with Promotional Structural Position Structural on Education, Youth and Sports of Aceh Jaya, 2) What factors supporting and Performance Assessment Employee Work in Relation to the Promotion of structural positions on Education, Youth and Sports Aceh Jaya with Objective 1) to assess and analyze the assessment work performance of employees of State civil in Relation to the Promotion of structural positions at the Office of Education, Youth and Sports Aceh Jaya and 2) to identify and analyze the factors Factors supporting and inhibiting job performance ratings civil servants in relation to the Promotion of structural positions at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports Aceh Jaya, researchers used a descriptive approach qualitative (descriptive qualitative research), with the conclusion of this research is to show discussion that the role of the Office of Education, Youth and Sports of Aceh Jaya district, in conducting an assessment of the work performance of employees of Civil Government in relation to the Promotion of structural positions so that the presence of a vote then optimally, would create an obstacle that there is going to be resolved and to do well so that with the system penilaiaan Job Performance Civil Servants, will be rising in stature, quality and service to the community at the Department of Education, Youth and Sports of Aceh Jaya district.
