The research objective was to determine and analyze the management of heavy equipment levies to increase local revenue (PAD) in the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Aceh Jaya Regency. And to find out and analyze the management of heavy equipment rental services at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Aceh Jaya Regency in increasing PAD. The conclusion of the study shows that the management of heavy equipment levies to increase local revenue (PAD) in the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Aceh Jaya Regency, whether related to planning, regulating or supervising heavy equipment, has not been going well. Meanwhile, the financing aspect shows that the large operational budget required for heavy equipment maintenance causes and becomes a burden for the region, because the budget comes from the Aceh Jaya Regency APBK. While PAD deposits are always below the target that has been set, heavy equipment has a great potential for increasing PAD. Regarding service procedures, service commitments and rental time.
