Abstract

The role of the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency in the management of regional assets requires planning and administration, in which the plans include Formulating the Details of the Needs of the Regional Property in the form of goods standards, requirements and price standards, then the Procurement of Regional Property in the form of efficient, effective , transparent, open and competitive, then in administration in the form of bookkeeping, namely registration and bookkeeping, then inventory in the form of data collection and recording, and reporting in the form of Semester User Ruler Goods Report and Annual User Ruler Goods Report. But the fact is that there is still a lack of role of leadership employees in the knowledge that is from internal factors is still lack of employee knowledge, while external factors are still not good attitude of employees in carrying out their duties. Problem Formulation (1) How is the planning of regional property needs in the management of regional property at the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency? (2) How is the administration of regional assets in the management of regional assets in the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency? The purpose of this study is to: (1) To find out the management of regional property in the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency in planning the needs of regional property. (2) To find out knowing the management of regional property at the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency in administering regional property. By using a qualitative research method approach that is using triangulation techniques by means of observation, interviews, and document analysis. Results The administration of regional assets in the management of regional assets at the Pidie Regency Financial Management Agency has not yet been carried out, namely Bookkeeping, where employees still do not master registration and bookkeeping, and also on inventory, namely lack of coordination related to data collection and also employee negligence in recording goods
